I build systems that help people actually run their business day to day.
Not businesses that live in their head.
Not businesses held together by notes, half‑systems, and good intentions.
Businesses that have one place to live — and make sense day to day.
My work is about designing the environment a business operates inside, so the work feels clearer, lighter, and easier to sustain.
How I got here
I didn’t start out designing systems.
Like a lot of people, I started by blogging — figuring things out as I went, creating content, building offers, and stacking tools on top of tools to keep up.
Over time, the problem became obvious:
I wasn’t overwhelmed because I didn’t know what to do.
I was overwhelmed because nothing had a home.
Ideas lived everywhere.
Decisions had to be re‑made.
Systems were built, abandoned, and rebuilt again.
I was literally restarting my business over and over and over again. I was sooo frustrated with myself!
Once I began designing my business as an environment — not a collection of tasks — everything changed.
What I do now
Today, I build systems that help people actually run their business day to day.
My background in operations, strategic planning, and systems design shapes how I work — but I don’t lead with frameworks or long‑term strategy.
Instead, I focus on:
reducing decision fatigue
creating clarity through structure
designing systems that hold ideas, offers, marketing, and goals in one place
The result isn’t more productivity.
It’s less friction.
What my work is (and isn’t)
I don’t do:
business coaching
long‑term strategic planning
productivity optimization
“do more” systems
I do:
system installation
guided setup and use
operational clarity
environments that support how a business actually runs
I help people stop winging it — not by telling them what to do, but by giving their business a place to live.
Why this matters
Most overwhelm isn’t personal failure.
It’s structural.
When a business doesn’t have a place to land, everything feels heavier than it needs to — even when things are going well.
My work exists to change that.
Big Girl Business isn’t louder.
It isn’t busier.
It isn’t more complicated.
It’s calm.
It’s intentional.
It’s supported by systems that work with you instead of against you.
That’s the work I do.
If you want to build something that actually holds your business,
Operations, Designed is where we start.

Sharing my journey with rebuilding that connection back to my feminine foundation has been everything for me. It's changed the way I show up for myself, how I talk to myself and how I make decision, but I know I'm not the only girl who can create the life they desire using the tools and resources that's helping me, so, I'm sharing all the things with the girls who want to back to living from a space of peace and pleasure.
If I could only share one thing with you, it would be this-
What you believe about you matters.
It's not who you believe you are that holds you not, it's who you believe you're NOT!
How many times have you thought:
Well, I'm not that kinda of person
Well, SHE can do that
That's just who she is
I'm not built for that
That's just not who I am
I can't do the things SHE can do
But the truth is you are whoever you say you are!
That's what I had to learn and it's the most profound, life changing skillset you can ever develop!
I started the Pleasure + Peace Blog because I felt completely out of sorts
My entire life felt off. I'm talking every area-
my home
my parenting
my job
my business
myself!
I felt confused, and sad, and I felt like I didn't know what do next, all I knew is that something had to change, but I wasn't really able to figure out what the exact problem was.
Like, why was I feeling deflated and depressed?
Why didn't I know what was next for me?
I'm a Virgo damn it! I always had a plan
But I didn't have a plan. I didn't know what I wanted, so I could I have a plan.
That's when I broke out my notebook and asked myself a question one of my previous coaches assigned us to write on. I mean, this question was more than 5 years old and I still remember it-
If you had $100k coming in on autopilot each month, with ease and flow, what would you be doing?
The reason I think this question was so important to me now is because I'm the type of person who can't herself find something she loves to do and then try to make a business out of it.
But this question takes the need to make money from that thing you'd be doing, out of the way.
So what I came up with is this-
I'd be experiencing different hotels, inns, 5 star, sister owned bed and breakfast, sleep towns, oceans views, quirky spaces, luxe spaces and from those spaces...
I'd just write about whatever I wanted to
That was just the beginning
So I decided I didn't need to wait to stay in some swanky hotel to write. I could start today, there was nothing standing in my way and I started writing about anything I wanted.
My first post was about my move from Georgia to Florida and writing stirred something up in me.
Since I was no longer going to be focusing on the business I was previously building, I could rearrange my workspace.
My home has always been a source of pleasure for me. As a matter of fact, there was a time when Mornings Like This, was a home decor store focused on making your home a space dedicated to bringing you back to pleasure.
What came to the surface after I arranged my furniture and started writing was a reconnection to my feminine energy.
I. FELT. THE. SHIFT
Which to me, isn't unusual because that what happens when you bring new energy into your home, it creates new energy for you too
I started getting back into the spiritual and feminine practices I used to love before, and it's been on ever since and, that's what I share with you today...
Any and Everything I'm Using To Stay In My Feminine Energy And Pleasure.
It's completely my pleasure to have you in my world.
