IMPORTANT AGREEMENT

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in Blog Hackers, you expressly agree that you will not share, disclose, distribute, reproduce, teach, or otherwise make available any proprietary intellectual property, materials, frameworks, or methods belonging to Blog Hackers or Aja Vancica, in whole or in part, in any format, at any time.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or access Blog Hackers.

1. Intellectual Property Ownership

All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, processes, systems, templates, worksheets, trainings, videos, audio, recordings, replays, written content, community discussions, and resources provided within Blog Hackers (collectively, “Proprietary IP”) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any Proprietary IP to Participant.

2. Limited License – Personal Use Only

Participant is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Proprietary IP solely for Participant’s own internal business use.

Participant expressly agrees they will NOT:

• Share, distribute, copy, reproduce, disclose, upload, or transmit any Proprietary IP

• Teach, coach, mentor, train, or present the Proprietary IP to others

• Use the Proprietary IP to create derivative works, competing programs, workshops, courses, or educational content

• Allow third-party access to any Proprietary IP, including clients, contractors, or collaborators

• Claim the Proprietary IP as their own

Use for personal implementation only is permitted. Teaching, sharing, or repackaging is strictly prohibited.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Proprietary IP and any non-public information shared inside Blog Hackers.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Program frameworks and systems

• Strategy explanations and demonstrations

• Recordings, slides, transcripts, or written materials

• Community discussions, participant information, or private feedback

Participant agrees not to disclose, distribute, or reproduce any confidential information in any format, at any time.

This obligation survives termination of access.

4. No Teaching or Redistribution

Participant agrees not to teach, train, explain, or present Blog Hackers concepts, frameworks, or materials to others—whether in paid or free formats, publicly or privately. No Compete

Application within Participant’s own business is allowed. Teaching or redistribution is not.

5. No Recording, Screenshots, or Downloads

Participant may not record, screenshot, screen capture, download, or otherwise reproduce any portion of Blog Hackers without express written permission from the Company.

6. Testimonials & Marketing Permission

Participant may voluntarily submit testimonials, feedback, or other statements.

By submitting a testimonial, Participant grants the Company a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute the testimonial, including Participant’s name, likeness, and business name, for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. No Guarantees

Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, revenue, growth, or results. Participant is responsible for implementation and decisions.

8. Termination & Enforcement

Company reserves the right to revoke access to Blog Hackers without refund if Participant violates this Agreement.

Company may pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief, to protect its Proprietary IP.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in Blog Hackers.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in Blog Hackers, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
